Systemic/Family Constellations
Systemic/Family Constellations are a perfect way to look at the issue from out of the box. It’s a visual and participative way of solving complex problems. The process provides a different approach to traditional problem solving, it shines a new light on old, existing problems.
The process is simple yet deeply effective and in 2-3 hours workshop a complex problem can be looked at in an entirely fresh way. The issue holder leaves the session with new insights ideas and approaches to problems that may have felt steaming for some time.
Constellations look at the issue through the prism of belief system, personal blocks, ancestral programs and stories, and also on a karmic level.
Group Constellations
Systemic Constellations approaches explore ways for understanding our relationships as well as giving us options to resolve our most complicated problems. When it’s done in a group setting “the seeker” — chooses participants — «resonators» to represent members or elements of the family or organization that is being addressed. In this process hidden and unexpected dynamics operating within the system are revealed and addressed in a way that aims to find a healthy and respectful place for all members of the system in question.
Representatives begin to take on the essential qualities of who or what they are representing, and begin to sense thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations through the “knowing field”. They are able to reveal what is true even if they have no prior knowledge of what has occurred historically.
